The bedroom view was probably the best around. In our pictures you can see the whole beachfront. The room itself was simple but functional, with the basics like a hairdryer and tea bags, and extras such as binoculars. The hotel is very conveniently placed next to the pier and restaurants, and near the Great Orme tram stop. Service was friendly and welcoming. You order breakfast the evening before, then it’s served promptly when you arrive for your time slot. It’s well cooked, has a good selection, and they’re willing to cater for vegan and gluten free diets. We’ve just finished a lovely stay and would highly recommend it.

Room 7 had plenty of space, felt very comfortable, and came with a fantastic view. Breakfast was delicious, with generous portions, plenty of choice, and flexible times. I was even able to check in several hours early, which was a real treat. Brian and Cailian were warm and helpful, and the guest house keeps a traditional B&B feel while still being clean and modern, with lots of thoughtful extras. Everything you could want is an easy walk away. So glad I booked, and I can't wait to return.

We loved sitting outside and taking in the gorgeous view. Breakfast was made to order and started my day off brilliantly, especially the special soup noodles. We stayed last Sunday, and the hosts were wonderfully friendly and helpful.

We’ve been here a couple of times and keep loving it. The rooms are lovely, the beds really comfortable, and breakfast is great. The staff are friendly and helpful, too. It’s perfectly placed overlooking beautiful llandudno bay.

The breakfast was a real highlight, with a great range of choices and excellent quality. The hotel also felt cozy and spotless, and the views from its lovely location made the stay even more charming. I had a delightful time and would highly recommend it for comfort and convenience.
