Tim & Julie at Highfield have become our regular choice. We get away for a few days every couple of months, and keep coming back. The place is spotless, the breakfast is excellent, and the hosts are lovely. After more than 60 years of staying in places, this is the best one I've found. Brilliant B&B, 10 out of 10. You won't find a higher standard. Tom & Angie.

We spent two days here and felt right at home with such a friendly couple. Thanks, Tim and Julie. We'll definitely be back, and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a homely stay.

The facilities were even better than the earlier reviews made them sound, and the hosts couldn't have done more for us. Simply the best.

At the highfield, we came as guests and went home as friends. Everything was perfect. Thanks so much, and see you again soon.

The breakfast was lovely, and the room was nice and clean. We were welcomed kindly and treated with respect as soon as we arrived.
