The location is amazing, just 20 steps from the bus stop for a direct ride to Orpington train station. The rooms are thoughtfully laid out for getting ready, with a vanity mirror, a good, usable hairdryer, plenty of space for makeup and blow-drying, and room to open suitcases. The couch was very comfortable too. We had two rooms, and the kids joined us on the couch to recap the day. Sobia Chaudry, the duty manager, went out of her way to help us with a few things. The daytime housekeeping staff were super nice and accommodating. We loved the rooms, service, and location, and I thought the hotel was very well managed. Best decision we made. Shout out to Premier Inn Orpington, please keep it up. We'll be back.

We really enjoyed our couple of nights here. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and peaceful. There's no on-site parking, but the Inn has an arrangement with the nearby multi-storey car park, just a minute's walk away. Leaving the car there for two and a half days cost only £11. Make sure to get your ticket validated at the Inn for the reduced rates. All seven staff members we met were friendly, helpful, and professional. Special mention to Dee the chef, who made us an amazing Chicken Kebab. Thanks for a great stay.

Self check-in worked a treat, and staff were available if we needed them. The rates were great, and the large room in central Orpington was clean. We had the best night's sleep on that comfy bed. 5/5 👍👍👍👍👍

I keep coming back to this Premier Inn because the stays are always so lovely. The rooms are spotless and smell great, and the staff are kind and willing to help with anything.

Dinner was delicious, especially the mixed grill steak, which the chef Dee cooked just right at medium rare. The room was neat, the bed really comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
