We booked at short notice and were so glad The Lodge had a room available. We absolutely loved it. Steve and Bronwyn were genuinely kind and thoughtful, and their home is immaculate. The service was professional and great, and breakfast was delicious, with dietary requirements accommodated where possible. We’d love to return. Thanks again!

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with everything we needed, and breakfast was perfect. We also did the four waterfalls walk and were very glad to have the drying room afterward. Bronwyn and Steve were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The Lodge is ideally placed for visiting Brecon, while still offering peace and views of the stunning mountains. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Steve and Bronwyn were welcoming hosts and made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious, and being able to buy a packed lunch was handy and filling. There are plenty of good local pubs nearby, and the place is easy to reach from the main road with good parking. The views are beautiful, and we’d definitely stay again.

This was our second stay at the Lodge, and it was just as good as we remembered. Steve and Bronwyn are lovely, friendly hosts who serve a superb breakfast and give useful advice on places to visit and how to get there. The setting is lovely, with a relaxed, homely feel, and thoughtful little touches made our three nights very comfortable. Spotlessly clean too. Thoroughly recommended.

We had a warm welcome from the hosts and spent three enjoyable nights at the Lodge. They gave us great tips on nearby walks and attractions. Our room was clean and tidy, with a lovely carpet, and the en-suite was good, though it got a little cold at night. Breakfast was fantastic, including a homemade vegan sausage. It’s also a great spot for stargazing, but the clouds only parted once, for about half an hour, during our stay.
