Bethan is the perfect host, and I’d happily stay again and thoroughly recommend it. The Secret Garden is fabulous, a lovely spot to sit and listen to and watch the river. The accommodation was excellent, clean and tastefully decorated, and I really appreciated the welcome pack. It’s right in the centre of Llangollen, close to bars, restaurants and cafes. You can unload outside the property, then move your car to the Long Stay car park and use the permit to park for free. Nothing not to like. 😊😊

I liked the thoughtful extras: extra milk and tea bags on the landing outside the room, plus a cafetière and fresh ground coffee. Our room also looked out over the river. The stay included breakfast in the cafe, with a good menu selection, fruit juice and a hot drink. We arrived early and were promptly shown to our room without any fuss. It was lovely, with nice décor, an extremely clean and roomy ensuite, a brilliant shower and a really comfortable double bed. I’d definitely stay again.

A beautifully decorated townhouse right in the middle of town, with comfy beds. The owners had left milk, bread, butter, sugar, coffee and tea, which was a lovely touch. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again!
