The breakfasts were fantastic, and the location made it easy to get to the town's pubs and restaurants. We stayed two nights and loved it. Our bright room had a very comfortable four-poster bed, while the spacious bathroom had a nice bath that was welcome after hiking. The towels were soft too. The car park is a little small, but it wasn't a big problem.

Lizzie was lovely and helpful with advice on walks. We stayed in the little cottage beside the main building, which was clean and a lovely place to set off walking from. I'd definitely recommend it and visit again.

The owners were very nice and helpful. The cottage is tidy, clean and well maintained, and close to the town centre. I'd recommend it and stay again.
