The residents' lounge was a lovely place to sit, with a bookcase packed with great science, fantasy and fiction authors. I was very happy to find that, since I love those books. The hosts were exceptional, and every room has been furnished and decorated with real taste. My room was beautiful, the bed and especially the pillows were so comfortable, and the shower was powerful. The towels were lovely too. Breakfast was fabulous, and the coffee spot on. I travel this way for work each year, so I’m already looking forward to coming back.

I had a beautiful view of the water from my window, and the location itself was lovely. The rooms were comfortable and the hosts were wonderful. Janette’s sourdough bread was sumptuous.

We were cycling with a group of friends and stayed at Kilmory House along the way. The hosts were accommodating and let us keep our bikes in a shed. Breakfast had a good range of options and was really nice. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, with modern bathrooms. A great stay.

The room was the main thing for me: spacious, clean and comfortable, especially the bed. I arrived late in a torrential downpour after taking the ferry from Islay, and was glad the car park was close to the B&B. I had to leave early the next morning, so I missed breakfast.

The house has a lovely feel, with nice decor, a great bed and a private parking lot. It’s family-run, and the hosts were lovely. There’s also a living room with couches and board games, which would make it a good option for a family. I stayed three nights to see Kilmartin Glen, the Crinan Canal and Inveraray, and the breakfasts were great too.
