The shared bathroom was always in good shape, and breakfast was really good. Alison, our hostess, was helpful and informative before we arrived, even though we never got to meet her. The place is clean and comfortable, right in the heart of Lochinver, with friendly, helpful staff. There’s a petrol station directly opposite, which makes it an ideal stop on the North Coast 500.

Park house rooms worked perfectly for us, right in the heart of lochinver. Angie took us in at short notice on the same day after our tent malfunctioned. She was lovely and accommodating, and the stay ended up being a highlight of our trip. Thanks again!

Breakfast had lots of options, looked really nice, and tasted delicious. The staff were welcoming and kept checking that everything was all right, always happy to help. It’s a comfortable, homely B&B and great value. With a petrol station opposite, it’s also a handy choice for the North Coast 500.

In winter, vacancies can be hard to find in remote Scotland, and Park house was one of the only places within 20 miles that had a room available. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy, the price was fair, and breakfast was great. The only issue was that our room door handle and lock were broken. Everything else was good.
