The place smelled awful and looked nothing like the photos. I stayed one night, then left because it was the worst place to stay in London. They refused to refund me and tried to make me go to another apartment in a different part of London instead. I refused and asked for my money back, but never got it. Scammers. I want my money backkkkkkkkk.

The room was tiny with a low ceiling, and the chandelier was right in my face. The lift is tiny too, and the corridor has a curry smell and is only 1.6 meters high, so you have to duck. I call it “Mumbai cave”. 17 Hereford hotel looks beautiful online but is ridiculously bad in person. No refund policy. I booked 8 nights and left after 1. Get Ibiz or PremierInn.

We booked 2 apartments for 7 nights with friends, but walked out after 7 minutes and found somewhere else. The carpets, furniture and bathroom were dirty and smelly, there were cracked tiles everywhere, and the corridors were tiny with a lift that fits 2 only if you squeeze in. I wouldn't keep my dog there. A kennel smells better. No refund, needless to say. These aren't refurbished apartments and the pictures are fake. We have lots of photos.

The rooms were nothing like the online listing. Everything was extremely dirty, and the furniture and rooms smelled musty and of food. I left and found much nicer accommodation.
