Alessia made a huge difference to our stay. She handled every question and request quickly and warmly, even when it was last-minute or complicated, and always seemed genuinely keen to help. The whole guest experience team was exceptional, attentive in a way that felt thoughtful and proactive rather than intrusive. We loved the elegant design and the location looking out over Hyde Park, but the personal service is what really sets 45 Park Lane apart. It felt more elevated than what we've had at some famous luxury hotels, even Cheval Blanc Paris. We left feeling truly valued and cared for, and won't forget the experience. From the moment we arrived, everything felt carefully arranged with warmth and real refinement. 45 Park Lane is a remarkable example of modern luxury in the heart of London.

The room was lovely, and the view made it feel extra special. They'd also left baked treats in the room, a really nice finishing touch. The location made it easy to get around and enjoy the area. From beginning to end, everyone we dealt with was warm, attentive and professional. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend the hotel for comfort, service and a memorable visit.

The spa is amazing, though the Jacuzzi wasn't working. Everyone, from the door to the room, was kind and polite. The location is quiet and feels very safe, with a nice view. It felt like home.

The spa feels like a hidden gem. For a boutique hotel the facilities are surprisingly spacious, especially the beautiful 20-meter pool, which felt like a quiet underground retreat. It was sparkling clean and never seemed crowded. With opening hours from 08:00 to 20:00, I could fit in a swim before breakfast or unwind after a long day. The smaller size gives 45 Park Lane its own personality. It's sleek, vibrant and focused on art, while its "mother" property across the street has a more traditional British feel. The staff were the real stars: attentive and familiar without being overbearing or stuffy. They knew my name, but the atmosphere was relaxed enough to properly switch off. It feels less like a big hotel and more like a sophisticated private residence. 45 Park Lane is definitely my spot.

Hamza and the butler team gave excellent service, and all the staff were welcoming and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We had a great stay at this luxury hotel in Mayfair, in a quiet area beside Hyde Park, with shops, restaurants and the subway all within walking distance.
