I’ve stayed at this hotel several times since April 2025 and paid each time. The total was around 1100 Euros, but despite asking repeatedly over many months, I still haven’t received invoices for any of those stays. Each time there’s a different explanation, like system issues, no staff available, or that they’ll send them later, but nothing ever arrives. I need the invoices for business, so this is concerning and unacceptable. I hope the hotel finally sorts it out.

Rohan and the team made us feel very welcome, and Rohan was always around if we needed anything. I stayed for three nights while going to the cricket at Lord's. It’s a basic but clean hotel with what you need, in a quiet part of town. Shops, bars, restaurants, and the tube are all within walking distance. Breakfast suited us, and I’d definitely stay again. Thanks for a great visit, Rohan & team.

The hotel is pleasant, welcoming, clean, and friendly, and it’s honest about what it offers. For the price, it’s five stars. I’ve been visiting my cousin in this area since the 1980’s and have stayed in lots of places around here. This one stands out as good value, within walking distance of lovely spots like Primrose Hill and the Hampstead Heath. There are loads of restaurants and cafes in this treasured part of London.

Ruhan and Ann were warm, helpful hosts, and their hospitality made our stay memorable. The hotel had a cozy, inviting feel, and its convenient spot near central London made it easy to explore the city. We had a wonderful time and I’m already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

The manager was incredibly nice and helpful, and the hotel is reasonably close to the tube. That’s about all I can say in its favour. Our room was very shabby, with stained, worn carpets, and the tiny bathroom had almost no water pressure. There was even a mouse living under the bed in our room. We certainly won’t be back.
