Canary Wharf By Charles Hope

The apartments themselves are nice, but I can’t recommend Charles Hope after how disorganized the booking and check-in were. It took about 2h over two days to get proper access. When I arrived, I had to hope the concierge was at reception or I couldn’t enter the building. I waited 30min for them to show up. Charles Hope hadn’t sent check-in instructions, so after getting inside I spent another 15min downloading an app and sending my ID documents. The apartment was supposed to have a fob for building access, but it was missing. I called the next day and spent about an hour making repeated calls before I finally got one. The service team I kept calling was fantastic and super helpful, but I still wasted about 2h and a lot of money calling UK numbers from a non-UK phone.

The view from the 33th floor was lovely, and the housekeeping lady was really nice and helpful. The place was amazingly spacious and clean, and very well equipped, especially the washing machine. It’s in a prime location with easy access to the tidy Elizabeth line. I’m grateful for the service and would highly recommend it for families.
