The staff were amazing, especially Sammy, who helped me get an early check-in. The room was great, with enough comfort to stay for a few days, and the location right in the middle of London was perfect. You can get free coffee all day, and takeaway coffee is available too.

I liked wandering around here. It's near Trafalgar Sq, within walking distance of the embankment across the bridge, and quieter than other areas. The front desk service was excellent, and both check-in and check-out went smoothly. The staff were kind and attentive. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The tub was deep with great water flow, and they supplied shampoo and body wash. But the bathroom smelled of old urine, so I had to leave its door open. There was no bathroom plug, so I dried my hair by the kitchen. I stayed five days and my room was never cleaned or the trash taken out. I understand it's an apartment hotel, and didn't mind not getting fresh towels, but I had been told cleaners would come every day or two. They never did, and five days with the trash piling up gets messy. I kept the room clean myself. Sadly, I wouldn't return. It didn't meet the standard I know London serves, and we come back every December because London is so great then.

The location is great and the staff were generally friendly, but there are better options nearby for the same price. The room felt outdated and needed renovation, and the air conditioning was so noisy I had to turn it off to sleep. The bathtub was very high and impractical, while breakfast was basic with few choices. It's advertised as a four-star hotel, but there was no room service or daily cleaning, and the facilities were very limited. At a four-star rate, I expect rooms and facilities at that level, and this didn't meet it.

The location worked well for getting to the West End, and the beds were comfortable. The studio was an okay size and mostly clean, though there were a few stray hairs in the bathtub. The kitchenette was clean and had a few bits of crockery. It felt more like an apartment than a four-star hotel. Noise was the big letdown. We could hear families around us in the early hours through the thin walls, and the thin windows didn't close properly, so the very early London street work came through too. The AC was noisy and didn't cool the room. I'd give it 3.5 stars if I could.
