I didn't feel very safe because the apartment's front door wouldn't close properly. The place was poor quality, very basic, and confusingly laid out. A budget hotel would probably be a much better experience.

The apartment has a good amount of space, and it's clean and fine for a short stay. There are plenty of local amenities, and the location is great for Royal London Hospital.

The staff were quick to respond and very helpful. Our two-bedroom apartment was a bit small, but everything worked well and was well maintained. It was also very clean and well equipped.

There were some nice touches, but the apartment was seriously short on equipment. Noise from the road and the neighbors was awful, and we barely managed to sleep during our two nights. Not suitable for families at all.

Metin, the manager, was very helpful. We found the accommodation excellent for our family of 5, right in the heart of London, and parking in the neighborhood was reasonably priced.
