I chose this suite because we needed two places to sleep. The listing clearly said it had a king bed and a sofa bed, but on arrival I was told the sofa bed would only be set up for a booking of three people. The reservation never said it had to be arranged in advance for three, and management was completely unhelpful. They wouldn't do anything until the next day, so one of us would have to sleep on the sofa without blankets. The way they handled it was completely unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend it.

Be careful booking with this company. I reserved a flat well ahead of time but got no confirmation, so after waiting weeks and worrying it might be a scam, I contacted my credit card company. Only then did a confirmation email arrive, and my card was charged twice. When I got to London, I still hadn't received the usual instructions for accessing the flat. The company then wanted to charge my card a third time. I was very uneasy and had to ask my card company what to do, since I had nowhere to stay that night. The company didn't seem concerned about my situation. With my card company's help, I avoided being scammed, but I had to find somewhere at the last minute and it made the trip much more expensive. I had hoped the issues could be sorted out and that the stay would go smoothly, but that didn't happen.

The flat was quiet at night, which meant we could be in bed for a good night's rest within 20 minutes of a show ending. It's perfectly placed for West End shows, Leicester Square shopping, Covent Garden and Chinatown restaurants. We had everything we needed for three nights and could happily have stayed longer, with a washing machine, dishwasher and combi oven/microwave. Thank you!

There are supermarkets nearby for picking up basics, and plenty of places to eat and things to see just minutes away. The location, comfy bed, underfloor heating and space to cook for ourselves made this much better than a hotel for us. It was spacious and comfortable, and they were very responsive. We even had a full-size teapot!

The apartment's location was the best part, and having two bathrooms worked well for two couples. The rooms were hot, but luckily there was a fan. The lift was broken when we arrived, for the second time that week, and three flights of stairs were difficult for the older travellers.
