Hampton by Hilton London Park Royal

Breakfast was very good, with what we needed to start the day, and the nearby London Underground station made reaching central London quick and easy. My partner and I had a memorable stay at the Hampton by Hilton London Park Royal. We'd both worked for Hilton before, so we came with certain expectations and were glad they were met. The front office team were welcoming, kind and professional throughout. Pratesh and Gary deserve special thanks for their warm, excellent service. The housekeeping team also did a great job keeping our room spotless and comfortable. Thanks to everyone for such a pleasant stay. I spent two nights here for a break and came away feeling really relaxed. The stay was very pleasant. The rooms include a full buffet breakfast, though they don't serve mushrooms. There's no robe or slippers. Families are welcome, and joining rooms can be booked.

Gary was incredibly helpful both when we needed to adjust our booking a couple of days before arrival and when we got there. The staff were very accommodating. Our room was clean, nice and surprisingly quiet for such a large hotel. Breakfast was fantastic, though a bit more variety from day to day would be good. Try the waffle machine! The hotel is a little outside the city centre, but there's a Piccadilly line stop nearby, so getting around is easy.

The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. We especially liked the complimentary buffet breakfast, with a full English, continental choices, pancakes and more. Park Royal station on the Piccadilly line is just around the corner, and there’s also a bus stop. It may seem far from central London, but transport is good, and it took us 30 minutes to reach Covent Garden. I've stayed a few times and will definitely come back.
