After busy days, it was lovely to return to Hazel residence and unwind. I was lucky to enjoy Alma’s cooking too. Alma is a professional housekeeper, chef and baker, and her cakes and pastries were delicious. She made sure I had a great experience. The owners have completely renovated and refurbished the place, with good quality accommodation and a range of rooms and booking options for individuals, couples, families and groups. It’s about 25 minutes from central London, suitable for a holiday, short stay or business trip. Thanks to everyone for making my stay so comfortable, pleasant and relaxing. Congratulations on the work.

The house manager was fabulous and even waited for us when the M25 traffic made us late. The place was spotless and comfortable, and breakfast was nice. Really recommend staying here. If you’re driving, remember to reserve a parking space.

I only stayed one night, but Jan gave me a friendly welcome and mentioned that they also run the language school next door. The room was warm and comfortable, and the bathroom was lovely and spotlessly clean. I had to check out very early, so I missed breakfast. I’d happily recommend the place and would stay again if I’m in the area.

Jan went out of his way to help us, and Enrico was kind and extremely obliging. We stayed at Hazel Residences for 10 days and felt welcome from the moment we arrived. The room and en-suite were spacious, clean and really comfortable. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you, Jan!

Simple but thoughtful room facilities, and everything worked. It’s a lovely guest house, cozy, clean and warm, with great value for money. I stayed one night for work and would definitely come back. Much better, and cheaper, than many chain hotels with a similar rating.
