The host is lovely and very attentive, and the apartment is clean, with lovely rooms, a brilliant zone 2 location, and great value for money. It’s a great place to stay in London. Please ignore the guest who wrote a nasty review. There were 42 photos, some of which weren’t related to this property, and it seemed completely insane. I think she probably writes bad reviews to try to get a refund.

The hosts made this feel like a proper London stay. It’s a family-run place, and they were so kind. Getting around was easy too, with buses right outside and the train a short walk away. The room was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed, with the whole place kept tidy. We had a really comfortable bed, heaters for the cold evenings, and tea and coffee whenever we wanted. For the price, I don’t think you’ll find anywhere better.

Chiswick is an affluent, trendy area, so the hotel needs a major renovation. What was shown in the online advert didn’t match what I expected.

The bathroom and toilet were filthy, and there was peeling paint and a burnt hole in the carpet. The hotel is in a dilapidated state. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
