We were treated very unprofessionally even though we'd paid in advance and left the place clean. MISS DINUSHA and MR KUMAR, you both deserve a medal for being such an ignorant pair. We stayed at Wellesley apartments 69-71 for 10 nights in a clean, nice two-bedroom apartment, then moved to their smaller one-bedroom apartment in East Croydon for two days. The rates weren't very different: GBP80 a night for the first place and GBP70 for the second. The smaller apartment's central heating didn't work at all. The bathroom soap dispenser was empty, and the curtains were faded and worn. We were travelling with a 75-year-old lady and our five-year-old daughter. I complained to caretaker MR. KUMAR, but nothing was done about the heating, and MISS DINUSHA JAYASURIYA didn't even respond to my feedback. It felt like Wellesley apartments treated us well when we paid more, but at the lower rate the attitude was basically, go to hell.

I checked in today for a month, and the first impression is excellent. The place is exceptionally clean, modern and well maintained. Thank you, Kumar, for the outstanding customer service.

The flat is good, though there's no dishwasher. The internet keeps disconnecting, too.

I stay in different hotels every week for work, and this is a lovely place to stay. Recommended.
