Our family and little Leo, who’s five, had a wonderful stay at The Wellesley Knightsbridge. The team spoiled him with balloons and sweet, fun gestures. We were there for NYE eve, enjoyed a great meal, and stayed in a gorgeous suite. We even watched the London fireworks from a good spot outside. The team were kind and very professional. The two gents at the door made a lovely impression by welcoming us and saying goodbye. Five stars from all of us, and thank you for making the stay so special.

Comfortable rooms and services, good quality, and a great location. The staff are friendly, and I particularly like the Cigar lounge, with its good range of cigars.

I’ve stayed here many times and sent clients here too, and the experiences had always been good. Today, after a flight detour, I stopped by with my daughter hoping to get a bite to eat. Two doormen asked if they could help, and when I said we were going to the restaurant, one told me in a demeaning tone that outside guests weren’t allowed in. I was shocked and appalled, because that isn’t the case. The Wellesley won’t get my business or my clients’ business in future. The doormen were either very uninformed or quite stupid.

I’d call it a 4.75 star stay. This is a very nice boutique hotel, with great staff and breakfast. Cigars are a nice feature if that’s your thing, and you don’t smell smoke in your room upstairs. The beds, rooms, location, and pampering were all reasons I chose it. It is expensive, though, and I rated it four out of five because the dining menu was small. The food itself was amazing, just limited in choice.
