The room was clean and looked recently refurbished. It could have used a table or desk, but for the price I can't complain. East Croydon train station is right outside, and the price was good. Check in and check out were easy, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The key was a hassle when getting back into the room. The lifts were fast, the shower a little intermittent, and the towels were nice, with multiple toilet rolls supplied. Will book again. Thanks

There was nowhere in the room to put belongings or clothes, and it was so cramped and stuffy that we barely got through the night. It smelled of damp and sweat. I expected Easy Hotel to be reputable and clean, but was really disappointed. It was a nightmare, and I won't stay again or recommend it.

The price and location at EasyHotel are decent, and the city view is great. The bed is large and comfortable, towels are supplied, and the room could be much better with a small table, a chair, and some cutlery. The bathroom has no shower tray, so showering floods the whole floor. It's best to shower in the evening, then sleep and come back to a dry bathroom in the morning.

For a budget hotel, it's clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and good for the price. Rajesh deserves a special mention for being so helpful and friendly, and for making the stay much smoother. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable stay.

Pavan was really helpful with directions and advice, and everyone on staff was friendly. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location made getting around easy, just a minute from East Croydon station with good links to central London and Gatwick. I’d book here again next time I’m in London.
