This was my second stay here. The first time, the room was clean and tidy, and the price, location, and service were all fantastic. This time we were on the lower ground floor, and the bathroom was mouldy and smelled bad. After two nights it made me ill. Such a shame, because the staff are great and the location is excellent. Thank you.

Rai was especially kind, professional, and helpful. He sorted out all our problems quickly and made sure we were comfortable during the stay. We had a very good experience, everything was great, and the service was excellent. We really appreciated the customer service, recommend the place, and will be back soon.

Dave at the desk really went above and beyond for us. Everyone was welcoming and kind, and staff were happy to answer all our questions. The room was cosy and very clean, and we had such a lovely experience.
