I liked having a smartphone with unlimited data during our UK stay. It definitely saved us some money. The staff were also really nice and put effort into fixing things when a few problems came up. Their service is what mattered to me, and I’d recommend the hotel again. The bathroom loses a star because the towel rack was in a dangerous spot. I banged my head on it a couple of times. I’m giving five stars overall for the staff and service.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and had all the extras I needed. For the price, it was the best value I've found in all my travels around Europe. If you want a good room in a great location, with attentive staff, don't hesitate to book Hotel Moonlight. Check-in was friendly and helpful. They helped with my luggage and showed me how everything in the room worked. I was especially grateful for the staff's kindness.

Joe at the front desk made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. He was so friendly and kind, and even explained how to get to the underground picadilly line, about a 2-3 minute walk away, which connects to the main attractions. My husband and I have visited England several times and stayed in all sorts of hotels. People mention that the rooms are small, and yes, they are, but that's what London hotels are like. For the two of us, this one felt just right and super cozy. The bed was comfortably soft, and we slept like babies. We've stayed at the supposedly fancy Tower Bridge hotel too. The staff there were unfriendly, and with no CENTRAL AIR we baked in summer while they gave us an old fan. Hotel Moonlight has central air, which is a must when it's warm. We had a wonderful stay with no complaints and will keep booking here.

My only real gripe was the shower screen. The glass partition on the tub is tiny and doesn't stop water from soaking the bathroom floor. The towels made it easy enough to dry, but it's a hassle for the hotel to have all that standing water damaging the interior. I don't understand why they don't fit a properly sized partition. The room itself was wonderfully quiet. Sound did carry through the two room doors almost touching at the hallway corner, mainly when other guests came and went, but it didn't bother me. The front desk always had cheerful people ready to answer questions and help. Hotel Moonlight is basic, with no extras or breakfast, which suited me fine. They give you a useful map with recommended places to eat and drink, including breakfast spots. It's a stone's throw from Earl's Court Underground station and lots of good eateries. When I go to London, I only need a clean, relatively quiet hotel within a reasonable walk of the Underground, with a good bed and shower. I don't spend much time in the room, and this stay met my needs. I was very pleased and would stay again.

I loved the small room, and the bed was awesome. I got the best night's sleep of my vacation, and I'll definitely stay here next time. The hotel is also within walking distance of endless restaurants, pubs, stores and even massage polar etc. I arrived on my birthday, and they had left a bottle of wine, chocolates and a personal note wishing me a happy birthday in the room. I got a handsome smile at reception, and the gentleman knew my name. I guess I do look like a Cinnamon maybe. Earls Tube is less than a five minute walk away. They also gave me an easy travel phone so I could call my parents at home and use data while out and about. This hotel is excellent. I'll be back in a heartbeat. Thank you for an awesome experience!
