The staff were lovely and really helpful, especially when they sorted out a problem with our Booking.com reservation so we could keep our planned stay. They also let us leave our bags at reception before check-in, which was handy. We had a really nice time. The rooms weren’t perfectly finished, as you often find in older London hotels, but they were very clean and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic for Winter Wonderland and for walking along Oxford & Bond street.

For a last-minute booking in central London, right by Hyde Park, the price was low enough that I wasn’t expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised. The people were kind, the breakfast was really good, and the two cooks were so helpful and hospitable. The room was nicely presented, and I hadn’t expected it to be checked and tidied during the day. We also appreciated having a fridge, kettle, cups, glasses, and tea and coffee in the room. Parts of the hotel could do with repairs or improvement, but the house itself is old, and I was impressed. The upkeep was better than at most student accommodation, for sure. It was a good introduction to a typical British house for my visiting parent, and we both enjoyed our stay. It was a great experience, and we’ll come back.

The owners made my time in London memorable, and I already miss them. They were so friendly, always greeting the guests, and even provided a lovely breakfast. Thank you so much! :) I stayed for two nights while in London for an interview. The hotel is right across from Hyde Park, and central London is easy to reach by bus, about 10 minutes away. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m back in London 🥺

Whenever I’m in London, Parkwood Hotel at the Marble Arch feels like home. I’ve stayed there since 2018, so I know the neighbourhood well, including where to get food when I come back late and where to pick up things I need. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and they serve a hot, ready full English breakfast. The location is perfect: across the street from Hyde Park, near Kensington Palace and The Royal Albert Hall, and one block from Oxford Street. It’s a relaxed, safe place to stay in a marvelous city.

We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a good-sized room and everything we needed. Breakfast was tasty and filling, with a good range of options, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s in a great spot, right by Hyde Park and close to the bus and tube. Highly recommend.
