The M Lounge was invaluable on our business trip, and the first-floor room stayed remarkably quiet. The in-room internet supported everything we needed. Staff were well trained across the board, and this is an exceptional hotel that meets and even surpasses Marriott's full-service standards. Five stars.

Kiera greeted us with a big smile and made check-in easy, taking care of every detail. The Relationship Manager, Mr. Dhurva, was also so helpful and attentive, always checking that we had what we needed. He's genuinely kind and cooperative, and I'm grateful for all his support. The hotel is beautiful, clean and well located. Everyone we dealt with was wonderful, and room service kept everything spotless with real care. I'm thankful for the stay and highly recommend it.

The Mayfair location is great, and I slept well in a quiet room with a really comfortable bed. Staff and service were great, and they looked after me with a little treat each night, whether fresh bottled orange juice, cookies or a box of chocolate. Nice amenities too. I gave it a 4 because of a few small annoyances. There weren't handy power outlets by the bed or in the bathroom, which made drying my hair difficult.

I love this hotel and almost don't want it getting too busy. It's tucked just behind Oxford Street's bustle, so you can rest in peace, and a garden-facing room is a good bet. I don't agree with the posts calling the rooms tiny or noisy. It's an older place with fairly big rooms, enough space for two large and two small suitcases and still room to walk around. The double layered windows keep the noise out. It has fewer rooms than some places, but costs more. The lounge is very good. Peter was a great host and showed us how to make the most of it. Staff throughout the hotel are lovely, and we'll definitely be back. For food, I'd choose the Gordon Ramsey in the hotel. I'd skip the lucky cat: some residents told us the food wasn't worth the price and that they'd been overcharged, including an 80 pound surcharge for food, I heard.

After the long trip from the U.S., that warm welcome was such a lovely start to our three-week vacation with my mom and grandma. The team greeted us as soon as we got out of the cab and helped with the bags. Everyone was kind, especially the bellmen, and the hospitality felt genuine. Our room was beautiful, clean and comfortable, just right for relaxing after a day of travel.
