The team kept checking that we were comfortable and had what we needed, which made us feel valued. Daria especially stood out. She was warm, attentive, and professional, handled every request efficiently, and always had a genuine smile. Her positive attitude really added to our stay. We had a fantastic three-night visit. Reception accommodated an earlier check-in, which made a big difference after a long trip. The room was spotless, thoughtfully arranged, and peaceful at night, with a very comfortable bed, plenty of storage, complimentary toiletries, and reliable Wi-Fi. It felt like a relaxing retreat in the city. Breakfast each morning was exceptional. We’d happily return on our next trip and will recommend the hotel to friends and family.

The area worked really well for us, with West Brompton station less than a six-minute walk away on the District and Circle lines. We felt fine walking around after dark, and the nearby pubs were a plus. The modern foyer and little bar gave us somewhere to wait while housekeeping sorted the room. We got a nice upgrade through Platinum status. Once we were finally in, the room was clean and had plenty of useful things: a coffee maker, kettle, milk, fridge, iron and board, and a comfortable robe. The shower had strong pressure and plenty of hot water, and there were two soft and two firm pillows. We liked having air cooling and windows that opened for evening air. Getting in was the frustrating part. There were six reception staff but only three desktops, and housekeeping hadn't finished the room by 3pm. We had to check back three times before we could get in. A good stay for the room and location, though the wait and check-in process need work.

Daria, who worked on our floor, brought a personal warmth to the stay. She greeted us with a real smile, paid attention to what we needed, and was quick to help whenever we asked. The room was comfortable and carefully laid out, with a clean bathroom, a restful bed, and amenities that were stocked and working properly. The housekeeping and maintenance standards were clear, and it was easy to relax there. Service was considerate from the welcome at check-in through the rest of our visit. We had a fantastic time at the Mercure Hotel and would gladly recommend it for its comfort, friendly atmosphere, and attentive service. We'd be happy to return.

Daria made my stay especially memorable. She was warm, caring, attentive, and professional, and her dedication reflects very well on the hotel. I spent a couple of nights on the 9th floor. The room was spotless, comfortable, and nicely arranged, with thoughtful details that made it relaxing from the moment I arrived. I'd happily come back and recommend the hotel for the comfort and service.

There are plenty of shops close by, and both Underground and Overground stations are conveniently nearby. The rooms were comfortable, the hotel itself was nice, and the service was good. My main reservations were about the bathroom, which sometimes had an odd smell at certain times of day, and the cleaning. Housekeeping seemed mostly to make the bed instead of giving the room a thorough clean. Even so, I had a pleasant stay.
