Millennium Hotel at Chelsea Football Club

Neal is an absolute legend. He looked after my parents so well when we came to visit and spent three nights there, and we were sad to leave. The hotel is perfect if you want the full Chelsea experience, and you're practically inside the stadium, with all the peace and comfort you need. On match day there's a great chance of seeing football legends around, too. The Ascott Star Rewards hotel package was unbelievable value, but it really is true.

For my husband's 60th birthday, my husband, son and I had a fabulous stay. The room was spotless, with a lovely bowl of fruit, bottled water in reusable bottles, and biscuits. His birthday displayed on the electronic board in reception was a sweet touch. Breakfast had plenty of cereals and pastries, and the cooked food was hot and fresh. All the staff went above and beyond, and the hotel is close to Fulham Broadway tube station. I'd recommend it to anyone staying in London. 10/10, and we're looking forward to coming back soon.

The bathroom was spacious, with lots of storage by the sink, and the shower over the bath was fine. Toiletries came in large dispensers, and the whole place was spotlessly clean, though the towels weren't very soft. The room itself was a good size, with okay decor and a cosy feel, but it took me a while to find the light switches behind the pillows. The air-conditioning barely worked, and the double bed was two single mattresses with an uncomfortable gap. No sockets by the bed was annoying. Checking in was friendly and quick enough. The restaurants and bars seemed to close early, and late room service choices were limited. The location near the stadium is a clear win if you need an overnight stop, but for one night it was just alright. I might look elsewhere for a longer stay.

This is my fifth stay here, and the service has been courteous and friendly every time. The rooms are spacious, attractive, and well equipped, and the location is excellent. Being near the stadium adds something special to the stay. A highly recommended London hotel.
