The new rooms at Montcalm Mayfair are gorgeous, modern and stylish, and the renovation has made them really comfortable. I loved how the whole property smelled, it added a luxurious feel. Akmal at reception was gentle, welcoming and professional, and made check-in smooth and pleasant. I had a fantastic stay and highly recommend it.

The food at Lilli restaurant was excellent, and the hotel itself is beautifully designed, with thoughtful touches throughout. My room was lovely, with good facilities, a comfortable, generously sized bed and an elegant bathroom. The gym had everything I needed during my stay. I'll definitely return.

We had a beautiful, spacious suite and excellent room service, with thoughtful attention to detail throughout. The location near Hyde Park made it easy to explore London while still coming back to a calm, elegant atmosphere. The massage was deeply relaxing, too. Our dinner at Akira Back was one of the best hotel dining experiences we've had. The dishes, presentation and atmosphere were all first class. Thank you to the restaurant manager and the whole team. From the moment we arrived, service was warm, attentive and professional. The doormen and concierge made us feel welcome every day. Thanks to everyone at the Montcalm Collection for a memorable stay. We're already looking forward to coming back.

The natural textures and details gave the property and our room a lovely sense of calm, and made it feel like a real respite. There were Frette linens, Hilden water in the room and even poetry by the bed. Shaun checked us in and looked after us impeccably throughout, while the restaurant director and concierge also made us feel very cared for. The place was luxurious and comfortable, and the thoughtful service was five star all the way. We can't wait to visit again.

As an Elite Gold member, I felt valued from the moment I arrived at The Montcalm Mayfair, Autograph Collection. Silvia Ravera, the manager, deserves special thanks for her exceptional hospitality and for generously upgrading me to a beautiful Salon Room. It made the stay even more memorable. The gym and spa were immaculate, relaxing and designed for comfort and wellbeing. The concierge team was especially impressive, always professional, attentive and ready to help. The whole team brought warmth and true five-star service. The hotel combines elegance with excellent hospitality in a way that's rare. I look forward to returning and would recommend it to anyone after a refined, memorable London stay.
