During my five-month stay in London and Europe, this was the most disgusting place I stayed. The beds were dirty, and there was red-stained underwear thrown in the closet. The service was bad too. Gross everywhere.

I booked two nights a week ahead and paid, so how could they have no room when I arrived? They waited until I got there to deal with it. I was left waiting at reception for over an hour at midnight, and they still hadn’t found somewhere for me to go. How is that possible?

Awful. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. The pictures don’t reflect reality. The photos of the good rooms are from Tophams Hotel, which is next to the Belgravia Mews Hotel.
