For the price, the room was the size I expected in London, and getting around was easy. Kensington High Street is two minutes away on foot, with several bus routes heading into the centre. The hotel was clean, very quiet, and on a peaceful street. I had no trouble with the room size or public transport, despite seeing other reviews mention those things.

The main thing that needs attention is maintenance. Some flooring has chipped corners, and there's water damage on the door frame. Aside from that, the rooms are impeccably clean, the air conditioning works well, and I slept well without hearing the neighbouring rooms. Rooms are on the small side, which is awkward with a large suitcase. For one or two nights with smaller bags, it shouldn't be an issue. The staff are super friendly and the rates are decent. We'll be back next time we're in London.

We were there for four nights while visiting Olympia London. The room was cleaned daily, and the towels were fresh. They also cleaned the kettle, toaster and microwave. The service was amazing, and the hotel is literally a two-minute walk from Olympia. Thanks for making our stay so comfortable. I'll definitely book again.

For £102 for one night, we had two double beds, a shower and toilet, kettle, toaster, microwave, plates and cutlery, plastic water bottles, fridge, soap and sponge, an iron and ironing board, hangers, and air conditioning. The price was fair, and the staff were lovely. The location is great: Olympia is five minutes away on foot, with plenty of restaurants and grocery shops nearby. There's also a big Tesco about a ten-minute walk away. The room itself was very cramped, with everything close together. The bathroom sink was much too low, and the air conditioner made a loud noise every 30-60 minutes that interrupted our sleep.
