There are loads of children to play with, which is one good thing. But the swimming pool is broken, and the gym has been broken for years. They aren't even trying to fix it, and the fire alarm goes off really early in the morning for no absolute reason. They should really improve.

The lift broke and got stuck halfway, but there was no sign or anything to warn people. I was trapped inside for a good 25 minutes and had to call the fire brigade. Very bad management. Please improve, because this is not acceptable.

I stayed here last year with my family, at my son's flat on the 2nd floor. It's easy to get to shops, UG Trains, city bus stops, a nearby Mosque, Hotels and Restaurants. The location is ideal. The building does need a face-lift, and the elevators inside need replacing.

Handy for families and bachelors. The location is nice, with malls, shops and the railway station accessible.

The security staff are friendly and helpful, and getting into the building is easy. There are a few parking spaces right outside, which is convenient, and if they're full, there's a multi storey car park too. There's a pool and gym, and it's well located if you want to stay in the city centre or near shops.
