Across several stays, this was easily my worst Premier Inn experience. I wouldn’t return to this location. The restaurant was a constant letdown, with something unavailable every day: no steak, gammon, or fries. It felt like the kitchen was always understocked, well below the consistency this chain prides itself on. The connecting door to the next room had virtually no sound insulation, so we could hear everything happening next door and couldn’t relax. Housekeeping was also non-existent. Requests to clean the room were ignored, and we had to chase for fresh towels every evening just to get the basics.

I spent five days here, and the whole team made my trip from Canada feel like a staycation. The room service was awesome, with attentive, friendly staff. Krupaben and Ashwariya especially made check-in smooth, and dinner service was top-notch. The food was actually really good! I’m blown away by the service, and I’ll be back because of those two stars. Thanks to the whole team, especially Krupa and Ashwariya. I’m going to tell my friends and family, and if you’re heading to London, Hendon, you’ve got to stay here. Cheers!

Siras and the team really made our stay. They looked after us so well and were friendly and helpful throughout. The room was comfy, breakfast was brilliant, and the price was great. Thanks for a lovely stay.

The bed was a real highlight after a long day, with comfortable pillows and blackout curtains that actually kept the room dark. I slept better than I do at home. The room was quiet, clean, and more spacious than I expected. Check-in was quick, and Siraj was friendly and seemed genuinely glad to help. The whole stay felt easy and comfortable.

The food was fine and fairly priced, and the staff were friendly and helpful, though they seemed stretched and service was slow, especially at dinner. I didn't feel completely comfortable or relaxed, partly because other guests on my floor were noisy. The outside looked a bit tired, and the entrance and foyer weren't very welcoming.
