The attached restaurant was the highlight. For a reasonable extra charge, you can add a two-course evening meal with a drink and unlimited breakfast. The restaurant was nearly empty when I went, but the food was very good, the staff were lovely, and breakfast had both full English and continental choices. It made for a great stay at a good price. The hotel is centrally located in Sutton, around a steady ten-minute walk from the station. Check-in was quick, friendly and efficient, with no fancy reception. The room was standard but clean and in good shape, with tea, coffee and a small TV. The bed was comfy, and it was quiet all night.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the room had a decent-sized TV. Everything was clean, and reception staff were friendly and helpful. I used up the coffee and sugar provided and asked for more. It was no trouble at all, and a very helpful woman brought them over. This was as good as the other Premier Inns I’ve stayed in.

We picked this hotel for my husband’s birthday and had a lovely time. The room was spotless, comfortable and well cared for, and it was so quiet that we got a few nights of amazing sleep. The team made everything easy from check-in through to check-out. Jorge was especially friendly and helpful, and really added to the stay. Being right in the middle of the high street also made it easy to walk to shops and restaurants.

The staff were friendly and everything went smoothly. The double bed was super comfortable, and breakfast was okay, about what you’d expect, though the hot chocolate was really bad and the cheese wasn’t good. The hotel is on a pedestrian shopping street with pretty much anything you might want. London is about an hour away by train.

The multi-storey car park across the road is convenient, though getting in and out is very tight. Inside, the rooms are spacious and clean, and there was barely any noise from the hotel or outside. I managed a good night’s sleep.
