Ramada London Finchley

The hotel was nice and well located, with places to eat within walking distance. Just a heads-up, the tube is a fair walk away. I drove because parking was cheaper than getting a taxi. The restaurant and bar aren't run by the hotel, and I had trouble paying by card because there was a minimum spend when I just wanted to buy drinks.

We stayed two nights while visiting the British Summer Time festival at Hyde Park. The nearest tube station was a short walk away, and we got into central London quickly. We arrived late at night, and the staff went out of their way to help us. They were very friendly and accommodating. The buffet breakfast was nicely laid out and hot each morning, with plenty of hot and cold choices. We'd definitely recommend staying at the Ramada.

Breakfast was really busy the morning I went, with almost every table taken, but a member of staff quickly showed me to a seat and was attentive. The hotel is clean and modern, with a big comfortable bed and soft pillows. It was also pretty quiet despite being close to a main road.

The bar and restaurant area was a good place to cool down in the current heatwave, and breakfast was good too. My room was clean and nicely decorated. The staff were helpful and always had a smile.
