Redbridge Lodge

After using this hotel for a couple of years just for day parking when visiting the city, I decided to stay overnight for a long day of meetings and take the dinner and breakfast offer. The food was very nice, and the room had what I needed. I slept well, had an excellent day of meetings, then returned to my car for the drive home. I'll definitely use it again for days in London, and may bring my family for a stay sometime too.

The room could use an update, though work seems to be underway in other parts of the hotel. It was inconvenient not to have a power socket beside the bed on either side. Still, the bed was as comfortable as we've come to expect at Premier Inn, and the room blocked out noise from the nearby busy road well. Reception was friendly and quick.

The truck lid got broken into overnight. I'd left the truck bed empty and unlocked, but the thieves still took a screwdriver to the lock and made a real mess of it. Remember, thieves, always try the lock first. The stay itself was fine, much like any other Premier Inn. It's across the road from the tube station and close to the M11, so handy for driving in and taking the tube the rest of the way. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We came to check whether the rooms would have enough space for the ladies to get ready for a wedding. They were clean and really spacious, and the staff member we spoke with was polite and helpful. The only drawback was that parking is pay and display.
