This was our third stay, and the location made a great base for seeing London. This time, being close to the Eurostar terminal was especially useful. The late arrival setup worked brilliantly, letting us into the hotel and our room without having to meet anyone in person. Our room was very clean and had all the toiletries and towels we needed. Breakfast had a huge selection and set us up well for a day of travel. Highly recommended.

The location made sightseeing easy, with Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, and the Theatre District all walkable. We also found the rooms very clean and well maintained, and housekeeping came promptly each day. Breakfast was prepared perfectly every morning, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The Regency House Hotel was just what we wanted, with no surprises or disappointments.

We spent four nights here, and the stay was very pleasant. The staff were kind and attentive, and whenever we had a question or request, they did what they could to find a solution. Breakfast was delicious and arrived quickly. Our room suited a holiday in Central London and was kept very clean, with shampoo, shower gel, and bath towels replenished daily. The hotel is on a nice street, not too far from Camden Market, King's Cross, Big Ben, and other tourist spots.

I loved my overnight stay and would try to book here again for a longer one. For just over £100+breakfast, it's one of the best hotels I've stayed in at this price range in central London. The Captain's Cabin Room was nicely laid out and surprisingly spacious, with a microwave, fridge, kettle, plates, and cutlery. I didn't use most of those since I was only there for the night. Check-in with the automatic code was so convenient, and breakfast was great with friendly service. Thanks everyone, what a great place!

I finally got into my room 45 minutes after arriving, and the whole thing was frustrating. I had told the hotel I'd arrive at 11:30pm, but the electronic key entry wasn't working. Another guest couldn't get her code to work either. We both repeatedly called the number provided and emailed, with no answer or reply. In the end, I walked 10 minutes to the sister hotel to find someone, then waited 15 minutes while he reset the codes and walked 10 minutes back. My room was very small but adequate, and I hadn't realized it was four flights of stairs with no lift. At 7:20am, the smoke alarm in my room suddenly sounded loudly for about half a minute before shutting off.
