St Martins House Luxury 2 Bedroom Apartments Ruislip

We weren’t comfortable staying here with our baby, so after driving an hour and a half to arrive late, we turned around and went home. The apartment looked good in the photos and was in the area we needed, but it was clearly not clean: a brown mark on the sofa, dust and debris on the cushions, and what looked like vomit on the carpet by the bin. We felt very let down. I’ve stayed in places around the country and abroad, and haven’t seen one this dirty and neglected. I hope this was unusual, since other reviews tend to praise the cleanliness, but I’d advise against staying here. Management first apologised and said they’d begin the refund process after we complained, then went completely silent.

Modern, clean and comfortable digs, with good beds. I’ve stayed in apartments 1, 5 and 7, and they’ve all been good. If you can, ask for apartment 1, it’s the best.

A little pricey, but memorable. It was very suitable and did the job I needed it to do.

Great cinema just down the street, and the location is nice, with restaurants and the train nearby.
