We stayed for a celebration and the hotel was a great fit. It's beautifully appointed, with amazing rooms, and they very kindly upgraded us. The rooftop patio has a superb honesty bar, and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The location is quiet and fantastic, yet really close to Kings Road and Sloane Square. It costs only a little more than a chain at this time of year, and I'll definitely return.

The staff were so warm and welcoming, and the service was pleasant and attentive. The setting is beautiful, with great attention to detail throughout our stay. We had a wonderful time and will definitely come back.

Chelsea made getting around easy, with buses and the Tube just a short walk away and plenty of restaurants, pubs, and shops nearby. We’ve stayed here twice now, and it’ll be our first choice next time we’re in London too. My husband and I spent two weeks here and loved it. The room, the Gallery, and the service were all excellent. We had the Continental Breakfast most mornings, sometimes choosing the Healthy Breakfast with salmon and avocado or the English Breakfast with sausage and ham. After a day exploring central London, we really liked having a cup of hot tea in the lounge before bed.

The little details made the stay feel special, like finding pieces of chocolate on the nightstand when the curtains were closed for the evening. The room was cleaned really well, breakfast had lots of good choices, and the rooftop was a lovely quiet place to spend an evening. We had a 14-month-old daughter with us, and the staff, especially Lara and Tim, were so polite, attentive, and kind about accommodating her. The service was the best we’ve ever had. San Domenico House is in a peaceful part of Chelsea, with the tube just a short walk away for getting around London. We’d happily return next time we’re in the city.
