I cancelled my membership recently. The location is excellent, but that’s about the only thing I liked. There were bed bugs in the bed, and extras were overcharged. The soap and shampoo dispensers are dreadful. There’s noisy refurbishment work that keeps going outside the prescribed hours, and it’s still happening after more than eighteen months. The lifts are small, slow, and very poor. Noisy events are open to “corporate” types, and lots of staff smoke outside the hotel on the adjacent Turk’s Row (see photo). Judging by the photo, staff can’t spell either. The crowd might suit you if you like hanging out with what I’ll call a rather “mature” demographic.

I’ve had tasty meals here that weren’t expensive, and the area is really convenient. The room was large and clean, with a very big, renovated bathroom, and the staff were polite. It’s been the best hotel I’ve stayed at in London so far. Very quiet, high standards all around. I’ll definitely come back!

I went to the sloane on a Sunday expecting it to be a relaxing time. It was amazing, and honestly JOSE was the highlight. He made the place feel special, and that kind of service makes you want to come back.

The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. My room was extremely comfortable, with the best hotel bed I’ve slept in for a long time. A lovely luxury stay overnight.
