The staff were friendly and helpful, which made this an easy, comfortable place to stay in London. I was there on a business trip and liked the more personal feel compared with a typical business hotel. The Cura Hotel Kensington has a cosy, stylish boutique atmosphere and lots of character, with carefully chosen decor that gives it a distinct identity. The rooms are compact but thoughtfully laid out, and worked well as a base for a short work trip. The Kensington location was great.

Alina and Ransilla, the two senior front of house staff, work incredibly hard and keep everything running smoothly. I’ve stayed here dozens of times over the years, and the new hotel is so good. It feels like an unpretentious home from home, and the price is great. The lounge is lovely and relaxing, the food is really good, and breakfast is excellent, with eggs made to order, plenty of healthy choices, plus bread and cakes every day. The beds are super comfortable.

The housekeeping team made a big impression on me. After each clean, Francesca, who introduced herself as the Housekeeping Supervisor, checked the room and asked if I needed anything else. She was friendly, polite, and professional. When I accidentally spilled water a few days later, Stefania, the Housekeeping Manager, quickly helped me and had the room cleaned again straight away. I stayed at The Cura Hotel Kensington for 7 days and was very happy there. My room was always tidy, spotless, and fresh smelling after cleaning. The staff were welcoming and attentive throughout, and the service felt very high quality. I arrived around 9:00 AM, although I knew check-in started at 12:00 PM, and reception kindly gave me a room early without any trouble. One of the reception employees walked me there and explained everything so I’d be comfortable. I’ll definitely come back. Many thanks to the housekeeping staff for their care, cleanliness, and hospitality.

I felt relaxed and well looked after throughout my stay at The Cura Kensington. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and spotless, with a lot of care in the details. The hotel has a luxurious yet welcoming feel, and the team’s attention to cleanliness and guest care really stood out. A lovely experience, and I’d definitely recommend it. Jade and Rencila were warm and friendly, and made sure I had what I needed. I had a fantastic meal at The Cura Kensington London. The soup, cod fillet, and dessert were all fresh and full of flavor, and each one left a great impression. The service made the meal especially enjoyable. I’d recommend the restaurant to anyone after good food and attentive service.
