We had room 7 while visiting Piccadilly for a show, and the two separate bedrooms in the same unit worked perfectly for us and our teenage Son. The room was immaculate, beautifully done, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I’ve stayed in plenty of top London hotels, and the standard here really blew me away. It had everything we could need, and the staff were so welcoming. They were happy to keep our bags after checkout while we explored without them. Breakfast downstairs in the pub was a treat, absolutely delicious. The pub itself was spotless with lovely decor. I wouldn’t hesitate to return, and I’ll recommend it to everyone. Thanks for a brilliant stay!

Even though we were staying above a pub, there was no bar noise in the room. It was a lovely little place in a great location, with beautiful decor, plenty of space, and everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely with a good selection, and the fruit was especially fresh and tasty.

The room above the cute pub was charming, with a unique boutique design that felt fashion forward. The neighbourhood was lively during the day but quiet at night, and it was well placed for our sightseeing around London.

The room had a steady flow of people on a Monday, but never felt packed, which made it easy to relax and chat without feeling rushed. I’d be curious to see how Kings Arms feels on a busy weekend, since it was already such an enjoyable place for a quiet drink. Everything was clean and looked well cared for, and the drinks tasted great. It’s a comfortable spot to unwind after a long day, with friends or on your own. I’d happily come back.

For live music near Oxford Circus, Kings Arms is well worth a visit. There’s a good mix of bands and solo performers, especially down in the intimate cellar bar. It gets lively, the musicians are really good, and the atmosphere makes for a great night out.
