Knightsbridge made a peaceful base, and it was easy to get to nearby sights, shops and cafés. The Lowndes London is a lovely boutique hotel, with a comfortable, elegant feel. Our room was cozy, clean and well equipped, while the staff were attentive and friendly.

Service is the standout here, with the high standard you'd expect from Jumeirah hospitality. The hotel itself is small, from the lobby to the rooms, and like other five-star places in London, it costs a lot. The location is excellent, just a five-minute walk from both Harrods and Hyde park.

We came back from shopping or dinner each time to a room that had been cleaned and looked fresh again. It stayed immaculate throughout our visit. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience great. I'd happily book this same room on every future London trip, and would recommend it to anyone I know.

The place is quiet and well located, and the facilities are clean and good, with evening turn-down service. The staff were friendly and attentive from check-in right through to checkout. An amazing property, and I'd highly recommend a stay.
