It’s easy to get around from here, with lots of nearby transport for reaching London attractions. Shops and restaurants are also within walking distance, so the location is convenient. The hotel itself is charming and the rooms are clean. A healthy breakfast is available for an extra charge.

After the hotel we’d originally booked cancelled at the last minute, the staff here were very accommodating and helpful. We liked the room, and getting a taxi from here to Wembley stadium was no problem.

I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in London. The rooms were clean and the service was excellent, especially from Jay, Dorel, Preshna, and Aman. Highly recommend this hotel.

We spent a few days at the Pillar for a wedding nearby. The hotel was generally quiet and very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are small, but not so much that you can’t get to both sides of the bed. There’s ample parking, including a couple of EV chargers. I left my sunglasses behind, and they kindly posted them back to me free of charge. Great hotel.

The room was exceptional, and we had a lovely time. Staff looked after us from start to finish, helping us check in earlier than planned and sort out transport to our event at Wembley. Nothing was too much trouble. They even had free coffee and pastries in the lobby while we waited. Local shops are within walking distance.
