The Sessile by Way of Life

The gym is nice, and otherwise it's a good place, but there are serious concerns. We were charged £300 for tiny paint touch-ups when leaving, even though that should count as normal wear and tear. Some of the marks they pointed out were already there when we moved in. We also lost about the same amount in missing parcels and packages during our stay, with little or no accountability from management. Occupational health hazard. Shady.

The management team has been excellent, helpful, responsive, and quick to sort out problems. Niamh was especially supportive during our renewal and made a difficult situation much easier for my family. The building is modern and well maintained, and the flats are bright, spacious, energy-efficient, and have two equally sized bedrooms with built-in wardrobes. The gym, lovely orangery room, rooftop area, and yoga classes are all great additions. Getting to the Victoria line and National Rail is easy, and the nearby shopping area is handy for everyday needs. It's a modern building with great facilities and supportive management. Highly recommended.

I've lived at The Sessile for nearly three years, and the staff have been amazing the whole time. They've helped me on many occasions and gone above and beyond, which I'm incredibly grateful for. Every interaction feels friendly and welcoming, and it makes a real difference to living here. It's reassuring to have such a dedicated, helpful team around. Thank you for everything.

The on-site team and management are consistently professional and approachable, and they're quick to help whenever needed. The development is well kept, with clean, attractive communal areas that are clearly cared for. I'd happily recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live that's well managed.
