The service was what really made this stay: everyone from the front desk and concierge to the doormen was warm, professional, and attentive. Divya at reception deserves a special mention. Housekeeping was consistently on point, the room was excellent, breakfast was great, and the restaurant was solid. The hop-on hop-off bus stopped right outside, which made sightseeing easy, and so many landmarks, theatres, restaurants, and shopping areas were within walking distance. For context, I'm a Hyatt Globalist and Hilton Diamond, and my wife is Marriott Titanium. We usually lean toward Hyatt and Marriott, but tried Hilton this time and were glad we did. The experience exceeded our expectations, and this will absolutely be our hotel of choice when we return to London.

The breakfast was a highlight, with a generous buffet and freshly prepared à la carte dishes, all included at no extra charge. The rooms are spacious, and everything from the welcome at the door and easy check-in to breakfast and farewell felt thoughtful and caring. The doormen were professional and welcoming, and Maria from the breakfast team was always positive and ready to help. This was my first stay, but it won't be my last. A fantastic choice for families or special occasions.

Breakfast had a terrific range of food, and the room was lovely with a wonderful bed. The hotel is well placed for the West End. I was a bit disappointed by the limited afternoon and evening snacks in the Exec Lounge, and that evening snacks weren't served buffet style. Breakfast in the Lounge was fine, though.

The location is great for theatre fans, and the main attractions are easy to reach on foot or by subway. I found the beds firmer than usual, which suited me, and room service was great. Breakfast had a very good selection, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. One of the best hotels I've stayed at. I'd happily recommend it and come back.

We went to The Waldorf Hilton in London for our wedding anniversary, and the team couldn't have been more accommodating when I contacted them to arrange surprises for my wife. As a Hilton Honors Gold Member, I also received a free upgrade. The room was spacious and clean, the location was central and convenient for getting around the city, and all the staff were wonderful. Breakfast had an expansive buffet, with extra dishes available to order from the kitchen. We also had a drink and snack at the bar, where the staff were lovely too. No complaints at all. We can't wait to return.
