We arrived in london without anywhere to stay, but luckily Timi's Holiday Homes had rooms available for me and my wife. We had a great three days there. On rainy days we watched the flatscreen TV and spent time admiring the view. I was surprised by what the hotel had available, since most hotels don't have Netflix, which I find quite upsetting. We both absolutely loved the stay, five stars.

A really nice en-suite room with a good view, and not too far from the tourist attractions. The stay was very good apart from a couple of things: I wasn't given any towels, and I didn't like the dirty washing being hung outside where anyone could see or touch it. The fridge is usually empty, with at most a small milk and a pepperami for a snack.

We came from Bournemouth for a gig at Alexandra Palace, driving, then taking the train and tube, and walking about half an hour to get here. But nobody let us in. Someone came out and said people were living there now, so we had nowhere to stay. The contact number went unanswered. It was freezing, so we went back home and missed the gig. We lost a lot of money and were really disappointed.

A quick note for whoever manages Oyo Timi Holiday Homes: please correct the address. People keep turning up at our home, 220 Colney Hatch Lane, thinking it’s a hotel. Google Maps lists number 220, but I believe the right address is 224 Colney Hatch Lane.
