I felt safe here, with a security guard walking up and down through the building. I saw him several times while looking for parking and carrying my things upstairs after my very late arrival. Paula at reception waited patiently for me and was very polite. The apartment was excellent, comfortable, and very clean, and the staff were great. Parking was easy to access. I highly recommend it.

The staff were wonderful and so helpful during our two nights here. The only drawback was the lack of air conditioning. We had to keep the windows open, and the trains were right beneath our window. We knew the tracks were nearby, though, so I'm not complaining. Would we stay again? Certainly!

Jillian at reception couldn't have been nicer when I checked in. The apartment was clean, functional, and well presented, but the road noise is really bad. It's on a main road and the double glazing isn't good, so you hear a lot even with the window shut. With it open, the traffic is unbearable. I wouldn't recommend staying here for that reason.

The view from some apartments is the only positive thing I can say about this so-called hotel. I had to stay three nights during the week, and the nearby trains were loud enough to wake me early. There are no blackout curtains, so sunlight would have woken me anyway. Twice in the night the fire alarm woke me very unpleasantly. I was told it was supposedly a false alarm due to a low battery, but staff gave no information or apology. The spring mattress was poor and didn't make for restful sleep, and the bathroom was tiny. This doesn't offer four-star comfort. I'd rate it three stars at most. You have to pay at least £30 for room cleaning or fresh blankets during your stay, and luggage storage costs extra. I definitely wouldn't return.

My friends were kicked out of the hotel at 4am over a minor detail on the reservation, even though the stay had already been paid for. The front desk woman treated them in a traumatic, unprofessional, and inappropriate way. Her communication was unclear, and she showed no patience or care for the guests. A receptionist should be able to stay calm and use positive language. She clearly couldn't.
