Valentino and Anton, who were on the night shift, were welcoming and had everything under control. The morning staff were great too, though I didn't catch their names. The room and the meals were excellent, and the hotel was much cleaner than any Travelodge I've stayed in. We only ended up in Enfield at the last minute after a mix-up about our planned stay at Stratford high st travel lodge, but I'm glad we did. I'd recommend this place and would come back. It's budget-friendly and the best hotel I've stayed at in that price range. I saw the previous review. There are new carpets throughout, and security at the door directs people to the smoking shelter. I could only smell fresh carpet and air conditioning. It's not the Ritz or Buckingham Palace, but we had a great stay. Thanks again, and keep up the friendly welcome! 💯

The hotel was fine, a standard Travelodge. Just make sure you pay for parking when you arrive. I came at night, registered my car at reception, and was told parking was free. In the morning I was told I had to pay, but sorting it afterward was a pain: the machine wouldn't accept payment and there was no phone number to call. The app worked, but it took me 30 minutes to an hour to sort out. Paying up front is the safer option if you want to avoid a fine.

The staff are really friendly, especially Antonia, who always goes the extra mile for guests. The hotel's in a good spot and has what you need for a short break. I'd recommend it and book again.

The room was okay, but the food wasn't nice and the customer service was very poor. Most of the receptionists were horrible, aggressive, and unhelpful. In three weeks, they cleaned the room just once. I don't know why they weren't cleaning it. ⭐️

The staff were GREAT and so helpful. The place is basic, but the beds were comfortable. There was no fridge, the ironing board was broken, and I had to fix the plug on the iron to make it safe to use.
