Whiteleys Hotel

It's in a good location, but you'd need a lift if you're older.

Eliana at the front desk was so sweet and helpful whenever we needed anything. The rooms were clean and nice for the price, and it was easy to reach the tube from here and head to London's more touristy areas. We had a lovely stay with Whiteleys and I'd stay again.

It's a clean, pleasant hotel in a quiet spot, close to shops, restaurants, and Hyde Park. The staff were kind and helpful, especially Mister Rakees. For the rooms, I'd suggest adding a fridge and a small chair or two. The lovely staff let us store our baby's food in their fridge. Thanks so much!

The location, price, quiet surroundings, helpful staff, and the new, clean room were all good. There was a kettle with tea and coffee too. But please add hooks for coats and bags, somewhere for towels in the bathroom, and a shelf for shampoo in the shower. There was nowhere to put anything. The mattress was so soft I kept sinking into it, and I couldn't sleep well. At one point I had to move to the floor. I'm in good shape, but the steep stairs up to the third floor were a workout every time, and some guests have another floor to climb. The radiator was blasting away behind the bed, though you can switch it off. It took around 3-4 minutes for the shower to get hot, and the pressure wasn't great. Clean, quiet, and cosy, but not very comfortable.
