Our reservation was canceled one day before we were due to arrive, with “unforeseen circumstances” given as the reason. They offered neither compensation nor help rebooking. HORRIBLE company. They don’t seem to care about customers or know how to operate. Do not stay here.
The apartment was brilliant, really spacious for central London, and had top spec, including air con. The location was great too. My only gripe was how remote communication felt when we needed something. There’s nobody on site, and it took four requests over five days just to get an extra blanket. Otherwise, excellent.
Booking with Sonder was a total disaster. It ruined my whole travel experience, and I’m left wondering how a company like this even exists.
